It is fine to have two or more pictures of the same outcome on the same objective. If you are using sub-objectives, it would be normal to have separate pictures for each of those sub-objectives.
You could have two or more pictures for the same level of success and the same objective, even if there are not separate sub-objectives.
If there are multiple pictures in the cell, consider now whether they are connected by ‘AND’ or by ‘OR’.
The normal result is that you have ‘AND’ for Success, and ‘OR’ for any other level of success or failure (see the reference table). If your cell seems to be outside that pattern, it may mean that something should be re-considered.
Another way of testing the pictures in the cell is to ask what happens at the end of the year when one picture in the cell is accurate, but another is not. There are three cases for the overall outcome.

Possibly the non-deciding picture – the one that you imagined to be inaccurate – is either unimportant or in the wrong place. If so, do something with that picture.
|The inaccurate (other) picture decides that the outcome was actually different.||Connect the two pictures in the cell with ‘AND’.
Possibly the non-deciding picture – the one that you imagined to be accurate – is either unimportant or in the wrong place. If so, do something with that picture.
|The result for the year is mixed. The outcome is both as decided by the accurate picture, but is also different because the other picture is inaccurate.||Consider splitting the objective into two. That split would lead to new pictures and more extensive changes throughout the outcome picture collection.|
